I originally ordered directv a few years back and had SHS do the install. I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Very trustworthy and explained in detail how the system works.
Well, a few years went by and I recently moved to another house. Directv sent a couple different crews(Parolees) by to do the install but they wouldn’t listen to how I wanted it installed. I wasn’t getting anywhere and it seemed as if they wanted to take the easy way out. I have a subfloor and they felt like it was a better idea to run wires down my stucco and drill holes in through the side of the house. REALLY!! Just seemed like they were lazy and didn’t want to get dirty..
So before canceling direct TV, I figured I would try to do some research and see if I could locate SHS. I just happened to keep their info in my files. GOOD THING!! I immediately called them and they came out when I requested. They had no problem getting dirty and completed the job without any issues. They are very professional and do really clean work. Can’t stress enough about how pleased I am. I already referred a couple friends to them who were also impressed.
